What We Need

We are seeking a detail-driven and adaptable Operations & Admin Coordinator to support our installation and maintenance operations. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and can think on their feet.

This role offers flexibility, with 16–24 hours per week, worked over 4–5 days, and the ability to be flexible during school holidays.

Here’s What You’ll Need

  • Strong practical judgement and the ability to make sensible decisions when booking travel and managing logistics
  • Excellent computer literacy, including Excel, Word and Dropbox
  • Experience booking travel (preferred)
  • High attention to detail, especially when handling documentation and serial-number tracking
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Full UK driving license (essential)

What you’ll do

As Office & Travel Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our installations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Travel Booking: Coordinating hotels, flights and car hire for installation and maintenance teams, ensuring the best balance of time, cost and logistics
  • Spares & Shipping: Preparing and dispatching harnesses and other spares, including photographing serial numbers, scanning certificates, filing documentation in Dropbox, and arranging UK and international shipping
  • Manual Preparation: Compiling certificates of conformity and other documentation to produce complete installation manuals
  • Supporting the wider operations team with general administrative tasks as needed

Where you’ll work

Our main office is in Chester, but this role is primarily office-based and can offer some flexibility. You’ll be working closely with our installation and operations teams to ensure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork!
